Where will my order ship from?

All orders ship from the US.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

I ship to many countries.

For EU customers, VAT shall be collected at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any additional customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Some countries are not currently accepting packages coming from the United States. Please check current restrictions in your country before you place an order. If I am unable to process your order, I will reach out and give you the option to either cancel it or keep it on hold until further notice.

Some countries prohibit the import of tarot cards and other divination products. Please check restrictions in your country before ordering.

Will you be restocking soon?

You can subscribe to my mailing list (at the bottom of the homepage) to be notified of new releases and get early access to preorders and special offers.

 

I preordered something, when will my order arrive? 

  • The time frame stated on the product page is an estimate. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as items are in stock. 
  • Just because preorders are closed doesn't mean your order is ready to ship: it simply means that the product you preordered has gone into production.
  • I try to keep my customers informed with regular updates, but you can reach out if you haven't heard from me in a while.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay & ShopPay.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Most orders ship within 3 business days. Due to large order volumes, orders from my shop updates may take up to 7 working days to dispatch. Preorders always ship first. Please email me if you need your order to arrive before a certain date, as I always try my best to accommodate special requests.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched. If you have not yet received an email it means that your order is still processing. Be sure to check your spam folder before you reach out to me. 

Preorders will ship as soon as items are in stock. Please refer to the listing for the estimated shipping date. The supply chain has suffered major disturbances in the past two years: if delays occur, I will let you know via email.

 

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

Please try to reach out to your local provider to enquire about your shipment before you reach out to me, as I have no control over the delivery process once your order is out of my hands. This is especially true for international orders. If you are in the US, I may be able to help.

US orders are typically delivered within 8 days of the dispatch date.

International orders are typically delivered within a month of the dispatch date.

You can get in touch with me if your package is lost, but I will only arrange sending a replacement once it is declared lost.

 

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, I do, but my stock is limited and wholesale requests will be considered carefully. You can email me if you’d like to be added to my list of potential stockists. I am not currently accepting new requests from Asia-based retailers. 

 

Do you have any extra stock that isn’t on the website?

When something is marked as sold out, it means I will have no more until the next shop update. 

 

Is there anywhere I can buy your products in person?

Please refer to the Stockists tab in the header menu, but keep in mind that their stock may be low or currently sold out.
