Politique d’expédition

All orders ship from the United States. Most orders are prepared within 2 to 4 days after the order was placed. If for some reason I am not able to meet those standards, I will let you know.

You may receive tracking information by email. Please provide a phone number at the time of checkout to ensure a successful delivery - this is especially important if you live outside of the United States.

Please note that depending on your location, tracking information may not be updated at each step - this doesn't mean that your shipment isn't moving, although delays can happen. 

Please check your shipping information before checking out. If your shipment is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be charged a new shipping fee so I can send it back to you.

Estimated shipping times

United States: 2-8 business days

International: 2-4 weeks

The shipping carriers and myself will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. This is especially true during holiday season, so please plan ahead as much as possible. 

Shipping to Central & South America: due to the amount and frequency of packages lost in transit, I am now charging an additional fee in order to insure your package. If you are ordering from Central & South America, please double-check your address before ordering, and add a phone number if you can. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am providing couriers with complete customs forms and accurate tariff codes to ensure your order clears customs quickly. I am not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit.
