Where will my order ship from?

All orders ship from the US.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship to many countries.

As of May 4th, 2022 I have resumed shipping to the European Union. Buyers are responsible for any additional customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Due to Covid-19's impact on postal services worldwide, some countries are not currently accepting packages coming from the United States. Please check current restrictions in your country before you place an order. If I am unable to process your order, I will reach out and give you the option to either cancel it or keep it on hold until further notice.

Will you be restocking soon?

Reclaim Oracle is scheduled to be restocked in June 2022. 

You can subscribe to my mailing list (at the bottom of the homepage) to be notified of new releases and get early access to preorders and special offers.

 

I preordered something, when will my order arrive? 

The time frame stated on the product page is an estimate, but you must know that I always do my best to get things moving as quick as possible. Just because preorders are closed doesn't mean your order is ready to ship. It simply means that the product you preordered has gone into production, and it could take up to several months until you receive it. I understand you may feel impatient, but please do not worry. The printers, carriers and I are working hard behind the scenes and your order will be fulfilled as soon as the product is in stock. 

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay & ShopPay.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Most orders ship within 3 business days. Due to large order volume, orders from my shop updates may take up to 7 working days to dispatch. Preorders always ship first. Please email me if you need your order to arrive before a certain date, as I always try my best to accommodate special requests.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has dispatched. If you have not yet received an email it means that your order is still processing.

 

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

Postal and courier services have been experiencing delays both domestically and internationally due to Covid-19 and new customs procedures. Please try to reach out to your local provider to enquire about your shipment before you reach out to me, as I have no control over the delivery process once your order is out of my hands.

US orders are typically delivered within 8 days of the dispatch date.

International orders are typically delivered within a month of the dispatch date.

You can get in touch with me if your package is lost, but I will only arrange sending a replacement after it is declared lost.

 

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, I do, but my stock is limited and wholesale requests will be considered carefully. You can email me if you’d like to be added to my list of potential stockists.

 

Do you have any extra stock that isn’t on the website?

When something is marked as sold out, it means I will have no more until the next shop update. 

 

Is there anywhere I can buy your products in person?

Please refer to the Stockists tab at the bottom of this page, but keep in mind that their stock may be low or currently sold out.
