EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of delivery by submitting a return request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/58184499406/account.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund the purchase price plus the cost of standard outbound shipping within 14 days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
